Rabbi Scott gives a guided meditation which is like a seated Yoga Nidra–a practice wherein the parts of the body are consciously relaxed, one at a time, with the listener following along with spoken instructions and finding the mind really relaxing as well. Please just close your eyes and let this be a practical experience for you as you flow with the practice.
There was a considerable sharing as well as questions and answers with Rabbi Scott after the meditation, and more sharing about the differences in approach betweenpractices in different cultures
