Switching to the topic of Mysticism, Dr. Mundy began discussing many of the points of what Mysticism is, as well as what it is not. Based largely on information in his book, What is Mysticism? the topics included the varieties of mystical experience and what may precipitate them, what they all have in common, and some of the different types.

Kathleen discusses the semester’s curriculum in a detailed overview including homework assignments, readings, and material covered. Then Rev. Jon begins his lecture on Mysticism, its meaning and significance. Part 2 of this topic is continued later in the afternoon.

Continuing where he left off Rev. Jon spends the rest of the afternoon talking about some more aspects of mysticism, including personal experiences that many have had, and also how the mystic experience relates to and integrates with A Course in Miracles.
